20 body weight squats : slow and fluid
20 push ups:
30sec-1min forearm sway plank:
Hurdlers stretch hold 20 sec each leg
Quad /hip flexor/ clave stretch 30 sec per side: can be done on staircase or on chair holding back of chair with foot on seat
