I allways know when my body is getting out of shape becuase I cannot shoot tight gruops out passed 30 yards with my bow. And more specifically my body’s stablizing muscles are getting weaker.

I battle this with a simple workout:

4) sets of shoulder flys: hold arms out at shoulder hight with tight small circles to the front for 30 sec and then to the rear for 30 secs (that one set)

in between the shoulder flys do a alternating shoulder press without wieght for active recovery.

Next: Do 4 sets of 20reps of Shoulder flexion you can do this with a 5 lbs wieght or without wieght.

Next: Scap Push Ups : 4 sets 20 reps

Next: Face pulls: you will need to use a therapy band here I like to use the red or blck for more resistance 4 sets of 20 reps

lastly ball push ups work great for stability 4 sets of 20 reps

remember to stretch before and after your work out
