Kate Fiduccia is the segment host of “Cooking Wild in Kate’s Kitchen” and the Senior Editor of Woods N’ Water TV Series. She is a Cornell University Hotel School graduate with a bachelor’s in Business and Hotel Management. Kate is an avid huntress who has bagged countless deer, antelope, elk, caribou, moose, and African game animals to her credit. She has authored several books, Cooking Wild in Kate’s Kitchen, Cooking Wild in Kate’s Camp, Grillin’ & Chili’n’, Backyard Grilling and The Quotable Wine Lover, which was a selection for the Paperback Book of the Month Club. Kate is currently writing a cookbook called The Jerky Bible. She has written for Outdoor Life and Deer & Deer Hunting magazines and was a Charter Member of the Professional Outdoor Media Association. Kate has also appeared on the CBS Evening News and MSNBC’s News with Brian Williams and was featured in both the New York Times and Newsday as “the original” female big game hunter on television. Kate was a deer-hunting instructor for ten years at the New York State Becoming an Outdoors Woman workshop and gives wild game cooking demos at consumer sports shows each year. Kate is a multi-talented businesswoman. For several years, she was an ENG-editor for ABC News in New York City, where she received the prestigious George Foster Peabody Award for her video editing of the events of September 11, 2001.
