Responsible Use and Conduct

If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.

All information provided as part of our registration process is covered by our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

Limitation of Warranties 

By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are "as is" and "as available". This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:

Governing Law

Guarantee 

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSED, http://www.thehuntingchannelonline.com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 

TV AND RADIO SHOW BROADCAST/WEBCAST AGREEMENT 

By filling out the form to become a THC TV/radio show and or TV/Radio affiliate you are agreeing to the following terms and condition. 
I/We agree to the following:
1. Agrees to the granting of permission to broadcast up to 52 shows per year.
2. This agreement grants The Hunting Channel (THC). the right to broadcast and/or rebroadcast the above T.V Show/radio show on any of its platforms or affiliate platforms.
3. Agrees to allow The Hunting Channel the right to use footage or sound for promotional use
4. Agrees to allow The Hunting Channel to add pre roll and post roll ads to any episode
5. The above agrees to supply The Hunting Channel Inc. with at least 8 episodes, and understands that it is important to get shows in once a month or all in advance so we may maintain our integrity with our members.
6. Put our banner up on your website. And add us a sponsor on your show.
7. If shows are not uploaded on to THC regularly TV/Radio show grant permission for THC techs to obtain footage from other web formats such as but not limited to Vimeo and youtube to place on THC 
8. TV/Radio show understands and agrees that this is a mutually beneficial agreement where the TV/Radio show is providing content for free to THC to use in the course of business to sell memberships and ad space. The only compensation to the TV show will be Free air time throughout our network and affiliate networks.
9. Termination of agreement: TV/Radio show agrees that this contract is valid until revoked by either THC or a cancelation letter in writing 30 days in advance be delivered to THC at info@huntesecrets.com
